Knight Frank has been selected an exclusive agent responsible for the commercialisation of the historical office building in the centre of Wrocław. L’UNI will offer circa 3 600 m2 of the office space to let with an amazing view of the Odra river. The construction works are underway and the commission date is planned for the second quarter of 2022.
L’UNI’s is being built in the former building of the faculty of Pharmacy at the Medical University. The name is a reference to the French word “L'Université” which is inextricably linked to the history of the place. This Neo-Renaissance building from 1866, located in the area of the Old Town by the main building of the University of Wrocław, offers an exceptional view of the Odra river.
The revitalisation of the building began in mid-2020 and has been supervised under the watchful eye of the conservator of monuments. Both the investor and the studio responsible for the project “Maćków Pracownia Projektowa”, are committed to restoring the building to its former glory and connect the historical architecture with modern solutions. Ultimately, the office building will offer circa 3 600 m2 and the top floor will have a glazed roof to provide a panoramic view of the University Bridges, and the Tamka and Słodowa Islands.
When planning the next amenities, the investor did not leave out motorists nor bicycle enthusiasts. Interestingly, the building may be accessed by water by mooring in the nearby marina which makes the investment absolutely exceptional and not only on the map of Wrocław. Undoubtedly, the location is an advantage of the building – in the heart of Wrocław, close to the Old Town – where numerous cafes and restaurants can be found with an amplitude of bus-tram connections.
