Knight Frank has been appointed manager of the revitalised L'UNI office building in the centre of Wrocław. The building's area amounts to 3 600 sq.m. It stands out for its spaciousness and modernity, which are unprecedented in this historic part of Wrocław, as well as for its exceptional view of the Oder River.
"We decided to choose Knight Frank as the building manager because of the extensive experience it has in managing office buildings. In our opinion, this will translate into safety and proper implementation of the tenants' needs, as well as professional care for the building itself. Our experience in cooperation with Knight Frank consultants during the commercialization of the office building is also important". - adds Waldemar Weintritt, Project Engineer at JP Weber consulting company, which is managing the revitalization project of the building.
L'UNI is located in the former building of the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Medical Academy. The name of the building refers to the French word "L'Université", which is inseparably connected with the history of this place. This neo-Renaissance building from 1866, located in the Old Town area, next to the main building of the University of Wrocław, offers an exceptional view of the Odra River. The revitalisation of the building started in mid-2020 and is being carried out under the watchful eye of the conservation officer. The completion date is scheduled for the second quarter of 2022. Both the investor and the studio responsible for the project, "Maćków Pracownia Projektowa", want to restore the building's former glory and combine its historical architecture with modern solutions. Ultimately, the office building will offer about 3 600 sq. m of office space, and the upper storey will be glazed to allow a panorama of the University Bridges, Tamka and Słodowa Island.
"L'UNI is an exceptional office building on the map of Wrocław. This is due not only to its historic character, top standard finish and attention to detail but also modern amenities it offers. We are glad that the owner of the building has put his trust in us and entrusted us with the management of L'UNI. From our side, I can guarantee that we will make every effort to make the tenants feel as comfortable as possible and to make their work proceed in comfortable conditions" adds Izabela Miazgowska, Director of the Property Management Department at Knight Frank.
